Orders must be placed before midday (12pm GMT) and sent via Royal Mail, please allow 48 hours for delivery.

Super Express UK Delivery £7.99

Orders must be placed before midday (12pm GMT) and sent via Evri or DPD, please allow 24 hours for delivery.

We regret that we do not currently accept international orders but we're working hard to be able to shop internationally soon! Sign up to our mailing list and we'll keep you updated on our progress. 

We offer a full refund for undelivered or damaged items. Otherwise refunds are not available.

 

If your order is eligible for a refund, you need to contact us within 14 days of delivery. You must send an image and a description of the fault to teja.jewelleryuk@gmail.com. We are happy to send a replacement item instead of a refund should the customer prefer this option. Request replace or refund.

Can I cancel my order?

In order to keep delivery rates as low as possible, we process all orders as quickly as possible (typically within 24 hours). Once an order is processed we are not able to cancel it. However, if you contact us shortly after placing an order and we haven’t processed it yet, we are happy to cancel your order and place a full refund.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a full refund for faulty or undelivered items. We are happy to send a replacement item instead of a refund should the customer prefer this option.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Yes. All orders come in a complimentary hessian bag and are wrapped using recycled protective packaging. We also offer a premium gift wrapping service, simply select which option you require from checkout and add a complimentary personalised gift message if you wish, then proceed to purchase and we'll take care of the rest.
